Analysis of Structural Differences and Insulation Principles between Insulated Cups and Ordinary Water Cups

The vacuum layer of the insulated cup effectively isolates heat transfer. In a vacuum state, heat transfer is almost impossible, so the heat inside the cup can be maintained for a long time without easily dissipating.

2. Block thermal radiation

The double-layer interlayer of the insulated cup is usually coated with highly reflective materials such as copper or silver to form a heat locking network. This layer of heat locking network can reflect heat, reduce heat loss caused by thermal radiation, and further enhance the insulation effect.

3. Preventing thermal convection

The double-layer sealed structure of the insulated cup avoids convection between the heat inside the cup and the outside air. This design reduces heat loss and makes the temperature inside the cup more stable.

It is precisely these unique designs and principles that enable insulated cups to maintain the temperature of beverages for a long time, whether it is hot or cold, they can maintain a suitable temperature for several hours. In addition, insulated cups are usually equipped with well sealed cup lids and sealing rings to prevent heat from dissipating from the cup mouth.

In contrast, ordinary water bottles do not have these insulation designs, so they cannot maintain the temperature of the beverage for a long time.
