PP plastic (polypropylene)
It is the most commonly used material, food-grade, resistant to high and low temperatures, and has good toughness. Most cup lid shells and inner lid bodies are made of PP. Disadvantage: Long-term exposure to high temperatures may cause slight aging.
Tritan (copolyester)
Transparent plastic, BPA-free, good temperature resistance, translucent texture, commonly used for direct drinking lids. More resistant to impact and clearer than PP.
304\316 stainless steel
Metal inner lid, corrosion-resistant, suitable for contact with hot water; generally only the inner lid is made, as a fully metal lid would be hot to the touch.
Silicone
We only produce sealing rings and suction nozzles. They are heat-resistant, have good elasticity, and are responsible for sealing and leak prevention. They are consumable parts and will age after prolonged use.
PC
It has high hardness and transparency, and some contain bisphenol A. It is not recommended to hold boiling water, and vacuum cups are rarely used nowadays.
ABS
It is mostly used for cup lid shells, with high hardness and shock resistance. It does not come into direct contact with drinking water and is only used as the outer shell.
