High-temperature sterilization of the cup lid is strictly prohibited
The smart fingerprint cup lid contains an internal circuit, chip, and charging interface. It is forbidden to subject it to boiling water steaming, hot water washing, microwave heating, or high-temperature drying. Otherwise, it may damage the electronic components, leading to unlocking failure and circuit short-circuiting.
Avoid charging, water, washing, and soaking
When cleaning, avoid directing water directly at the charging port, and prohibit soaking the cup lid for extended periods to prevent water ingress, moisture, malfunction, and damage.
Prohibited items for special beverages
Do not store milk, juice, carbonated drinks, or traditional Chinese medicine for extended periods. These items can corrode the inner lining, foster bacterial growth, and may generate pressure, causing splashes when the lid is opened. Additionally, residual odors are difficult to remove.
Do not press or bump the cup lid violently
avoid hitting with heavy objects or forcibly pulling the fingerprint unlock area to prevent chip displacement and touch malfunction.
Long-term idle without charging
Regular recharging is necessary for long-term non-use to prevent battery depletion and damage, which could affect subsequent use.
